Our healthiest offering is a medley of steamed cabbage, carrots, onion, kabocha, daikon, hijiki (seaweed),
and beans of the day. High in vitamins and minerals, this meal
is energizing, and the flavors are natural.
All plates are served with healthy (no mayonnaise) macaroni
salad, coleslaw, & tahini gravy
over Lundberg brown
rice, accompanied with broccoli, carrots, gobo,
and potatoes.
